Who are we looking for:

·                 1-2 Years in Customer Service environment with exposure to inbound and outbound in QA department

·                 Educational Requirement: Graduate

·                 Can evaluate both inbound and outbound calls as per defined sampling criteria by line manager.

·                 approve adjustments and monitor agents for quality

·                 Sound knowledge of System handling and MS office.

·                 Strong communication, listening and analytical skills

·                 Provide timely, accurate and effective feedback regarding job performance

·                 Ability to perform multiple tasks
