Key Accounts & Sales Manager (Multiple Positions)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Business Development:  

  • Identify car dealers and pitch CarFirst services to them
  • Connect with leads of dealers provided by the company from various sources
  • Connect with dealers who have dropped out of the funnel
  • Regularly visit dealerships and explain CarFirst offerings and live auctions
  • Get deposits from dealers and activate CarFirst accounts
  • Need to revisit the dealers within 4 days after their registration

Dealer Development:

  • Extensively explain CarFirst systems, procedures and rules to dealers
  • Carry out extensive trainings on:
  • CarFirst online platforms and products
  • CarFirst dealer policies
  • Terms and conditions
  • Presentation to show the application workings

KAM (Key Account Management):

  • Push dealer activity on live auctions, convincing dealers to increase their purchasing from CarFirst Auctions and increase prices and hence margins
  • Manage and understand dealers and their portfolios
  • Engage and meet their dealers to better understand their requirements

Warehouse Sales Managers:

  • Engage all “registered dealers entering the Warehouse
  • Show them the Cars that they have purchased and answer any questions
  • Show additional vehicles the dealer may be interested in
  • Collect concerns and complaints to relevant departments,  
  • Coordinate with Quality control team on inspection Misses and discounts
  • Sell vehicles by convincing dealers to bid on the yard sale feature

Who are we looking for:

  • Education required: BBA / Graduate, Masters will be preferred
  • Experience: 1-2 years of Sales experience
  • Car industry knowledge & passion for cars
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality
  • A natural problem solver with strong analytical abilities
  • Strong follow up skills and ability to communicate with individuals with diverse backgrounds.
